Default File Comparison App With A Proper View

So far the file comparison apps are not very intuitive to use.
But please do not go on about that.

What I am looking for is one that will display unicode like Windows/File
Explorer and will show a comparison like the following.
I have left out the other parameters like size and attributes but it
should show these also.

DRIVE XÂ*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â* DRIVE Y
FileName PathÂ*Â*Â* StateÂ* FileNameÂ* Path
File1Â*Â*Â* X:\Fldr1Â* =Â*Â*Â* File1Â*Â*Â*Â* Y:\Fldr1
File2Â*Â*Â* X:\Flder1
File3Â*Â*Â* X:\Flder2
Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â*Â* File3Â*Â*Â*Â* Y:\Fldr9
File4Â*Â*Â* X:\Flder1 Â*Â* File4Â*Â*Â*Â* Y:\Fldr1

A blank is where the file does not exist on the other drive in the same
subfolder name.
e.g. File3 is not on the Y:\Flder2 but is on Y:\Fldr9
e.g. File4 is in the same subfolder but has a different date or size or
both.Â* Attributes do not make the display put them on different rows.

I have a program like this but it does not display unicode.
I will do a sync in either or both directions.

I need one that will work with unicode.

I think the latest versions of WinDiff works with unicode. Certainly
I've not had any problems on W7 with the version I have here, except
that it won't tell me what version it is :-( but I found it by searching
for something like:
site:microsoft.com WinDiff W7 compatible
