Default $GetCurrent and Windows10Upgrade folders

I've got two folders, $GetCurrent and Windows10Upgrade, both with date

is tiny (and marked hidden).

What are these? cleanmgr.exe doesn't get rid of them, so I assume that
they're needed.

I tried the Windows10Upgrade, and whatever was in the folder,
and it said I'd already installed the most recent OS version.
It looks like an attempt by Microsoft, to have an additional
mechanism, to the usage of Windows Update doing the 1709 OS Upgrade.

The $GetCurrent, I don't think it serves any purpose. I wouldn't
have a problem deleting that.

The $GetCurrent directory is created during the upgrade process.

we noticed that this folder was still lying around more than a
month after upgrading to the Creators Update, so we had to
delete it ourselves.

The $SysReset folder is created when a Refresh or Reset operation fails.
