When ever i have the windows firewall enabled, i cannot
have a voice or video conversation, i want to be able to
do the following
1) Have a voice or video conversation
2) Have the firewall enabled (one reason is to block pop-
up ads but still have messenger sevice running, although
it's not a must to have messenger service running)
