IF you get the "Windows is shutting down in 30 seconds" pop up then you have
the RPC virus. Go to Trendmicro.com and follow the links for the free online
virus scan. It will find and remove all viruses. If it is just shutting down
particularly when your system warms up, its hardware related, time to start
troubleshooting and replacing parts
