I think you didn't read my original post.
There is no cd/dvd drive.
There is a single USB port, but it doesn't work!
And, it matters not how many folks make all-in-one
machines. This is the one I have,a Dell, newly bought,
to replace an identical one which died.

To quote an earlier post of yours:

No one reads what I've said. It my wife's deal. She ONLY WANTS
AN "ALL IN ONE". Is there one other than Dell?

So to then go on to say "it matters not how many folks make all-in-one
nachines", after you specifically ASKED that question, is a little rude
to say the least.

Do we think this guy (or gal) is a troll, guys and gals?

1. He won't give model number, despite repeated asking.
2. He hasn't answered my question about how the keyboard is connected.
3. He hasn't answered the question "is it an all-in-one or a tablet".

On the remote off-chance it _is_ a genuine enquiry, I'd suggest
returning it (on the basis of the non-functioning USB socket), and
getting the biggest laptop you can; that will satisfy the (wife's?)
requirement that it's all in one, and have all the toys you could want -
certainly at least three USB and an optical drive. I _think_ the biggest
laptops (not that I'd put them on my lap!) are 18" models, but there
_might_ be bigger; how big is the dud one's screen?
