I think you didn't read my original post.
There is no cd/dvd drive.
There is a single USB port, but it doesn't work!
And, it matters not how many folks make all-in-one
machines. This is the one I have,a Dell, newly bought,
to replace an identical one which died.

To quote an earlier post of yours:

So to then go on to say "it matters not how many folks make all-in-one
nachines", after you specifically ASKED that question, is a little rude
to say the least.

Yep. Troll. I am surprised that there are (to date) 32 responses, many
asking for model number, which we have not gotten from the OP. Knowing
model number would solve issue immediately.
