Newer computers usually don't come with DVD drives, but you can add one.
If no other way, there's DVD drives that connect with USB.

A quick check of (current) Dell all-in-one computers
showed some with optical drive as an option.
I didn't see any with only one usb port.
Thus, as many have said, a model number would help.
