Carey Holzman has found a very serious bug in Windows 10 and the bug is
very similar to Y2K.

He has found that if your system date is 19-Jan-3001 (or 01/19/3001 for
Americans), then Windows will just freeze when installing. He has
produced a video to demonstrate this.

It applies to Gigabyte Motherboard but he thinks it might apply to other
motherboards if they allow you to insert dates beyond 2099. Intel
doesn't allow users to insert dates beyond 2099 but you can check it out.
