Your isp should have a speed test and a system issue page.
Or you can look up Internet Speed Test on google.


I usually try a couple. The one from my ISP tests my connection to
their "Goes inna" but I also check a few of the other sites to see how
their "Goes outta" is working. Then the next issue is how the site you
are connecting to is doing and for that matter the net altogether.
Ping that remote site a few times and see how many places you are
bouncing off of. At a certain point it is more than I want to worry
about.
