Default signing into .net and hotmail problems

Greetings Nick,

First, double-check that her computer's clock has been set properly -- just double-click the
clock in the corner of the screen and verify that the date is correct.

Secondly, have you tried deleting her Internet Explorer cache and cookies? To do
so, open Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options, then click the
Delete Files button, and when that's complete click the Delete Cookies button.

Then click the Content tab, click Clear SSL State, and click OK.

After all this, try again.

i am running xp home with internet explorer 6 on a
broadband connection. Previously no problems, but now
cannot sign into msn hotmail thru messenger, the msn
website or thru the desktop icon. A 'page cannot be
displayed' notice appears after attempting to sign in
over the secure connection. I have ssl 2 & 3 turned
on. Other secure websites are not a problem. thus, I
cannot access my e-mail on my pc, but it is accessible
thru other pc's. Someone help!

HEY I'M HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY SISTERS COMPUTER. I MADE SURE
THE INTERNET SECURITY WAS SET UP TO ACCEPT ALL COOKIES BUT THAT STILL
DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM. IF ANYONE HAS AN IDEA HELP ME OUT
