Default MS store causing trouble

paste this into a .reg file and merge it ...

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\CloudContent]
"DisableWindowsConsumerFeatures"=dword:0000000 1

I don't have this. In fact, I don't have the CloudContent subkey. I
uninstalled Candy Crush quite a long time ago in a prior build. That
build lasted 4 months, Candy Crush was uninstalled pretty quick, like
after updating Windows 10 (1809), and Candy Crush never came back.
Alas, the mobo had firmware issues with driver installs (the system
would instantly hang), so the mobo had to get replaced (and that same
brand and model worked fine for driver installs). In the next build
(1903), it's only about 2 weeks old, Candy Crush was uninstalled, still
hasn't come back. With Candy Crush, I also uninstalled Microsoft's
Solitaire collection which was lureware, and tons of glitz that
interferred with getting to and playing the games. That never came
back, either.

Any idea how long it takes Microsoft to reinstall the uninstalled fluff
apps? I thought Microsoft was pushing that back on their user's
computers in about 1 to 2 days. According to some author's on how to
disable the auto-reinstall, they said there was an App Updater startup
program (Task Manager - Startup tab). It's not in my setup. That's
not the same as App Installer which is to WinRT/UWP apps what MSI is to
Win32 programs.

Just because you create a registry entry that used to work doesn't mean
it continues to work. I'm not sure the CloudContent subkey is honored
anymore.

Some useful group policy options no longer function on Windows 10
Professional and require Windows 10 Enterprise or Education. These
include the ability to disable the lock screen, tips, and ´Microsoft
consumer experience¡ that downloads apps like Candy Crush Saga.

Well, if they're ****ing over Pro users, and since Home users are
considered by Microsoft as fair game for beta testing, seems they'd do
the same with their Home edition.

I didn't see CandyCrush return, and I never created nor does exist the
CloudContent subkey with its DisableWindowsConsumerFeatures data item
set to 1 in my setup. I wonder if this registry key and other schemes
to decrapify Windows 10 still apply. Lots of old info continues to get
proliferated (and plagarized) long after it is inapplicable.

Microsoft said "as an added bonus, Candy Crush Saga will automatically
be installed for customers that upgrade to or download Windows 10 for
periods of time following the game launch." Well, launches expires, so
maybe the push is over for Candy Crush.

It's gone.

Then 10 days later:

It's back.
