How ironic! one MS tool (the connecticty ela. tool) gripes about upnp being
turned off, while another MS product has turned it off(one care), I find
some humor in that. If you are an average home user belive me you don't need
to turn on upnp, you most likely won't need it and the firewall was right in
turnning it off. Read some info at the link below.
