Default Do we have (yet) an actionable list of all free Windows & Linux web browsers (and their main purpose)?

Thanks GB for the final (I think) fleshing of the annual December 31st
software archives, where anyone using the multiple-browser philosophy will
benefit from this actionable updated listing based on all good suggestions!

There are 22 browsers suggested, where about a dozen (roughly) work on
whatever platform you may happen to be on, which means you can easily
implement the multiple-browser philosophical strategy of setting up each
browser for a single specific task.

With respect to options, I especially loved that Iridium has a nice option
to put your user data where it belongs, i.e.,
--user-data-dir=/IridiumUserData

I'm not sure _where_ to put tricore, given its flexibility.

As for tri-core having multiple rendering engines, I wonder why that's
useful? Can someone give us a good idea of why we'd want to take advantage
of multiple rendering engines within a single web browser?

Here's the latest actionable update taking into account EVERY SUGGESTION!
