First thing I would do is update the graphics driver.

Is there a place where I can check if people are having unexpected
problems
following a Windows update?
I run a dedicated audio workstation with one main application which hasn't
changed for months. Not much on it.. takes 50 seconds for a full boot.
1. Last May it became unpredictably unstable with a variety of halts.
After several months of troubleshooting, I found that one of the updates
conflicted with an old REALTEK audio driver which I don't even use. Once
the
driver was updated, the system worked smoothly again.
2. Yesterday, after a long update sequence (I assume SP 3 etc), the
screen
flickers every once in a while as if the whole desktop is being
refreshed...
Very annoying. At one point after boot, the screen was very slow to fill,
grinding away at icons.
Since I have made no soft or hardware changes, I assume the most recent
update has triggered this new behaviour.
Can anyone confirm similar symptoms?
If there is a bad interaction, can I go back to before the latest update?
Any help would be appreciated.
