I've desire to upgrade from Windows 8 (not sure about language

do not

day,
when I had credit card.

What do you mean it's too big? Are you out of disk space?

While downloading a file, internet could fail. I don't know if we need
to be online during upgrade.

Still doesn't explain your status, internet fails on me too now and
then, I just restart the download. But I have good bandwidth.
Do you have slow DSL, poor reliability, Modem even?

Usually I don't make downloads but sometimes I use internet to watch
videos and listen radio online. I need more than 1 Mbps to be happy.

You don't have much choices (and most likely the same for the next two
years when the mandatory upgrade from 8.0 to 8.1 is required). 2 years
at any bandwidth should be sufficient time to accomplish the task since
the 8.0 to 8.1 upgrade from the MSFT Store will resume if interrupted.

As far as Microsoft is concerned your choices are
- upgrade from the MSFT Store
or
- purchase full version media and use it to upgrade by running the
full version 8.1 setup.exe file on the full version media from within
Windows 8.0. The full version media can not upgrade 8.0 to 8.1 by
booting the DVD - booting from the media will only provide a clean install.
