Another possibility, as others have mentioned, is
that the email is not actually from them. Drag an
email to the desktop, open it in Notepad, and look
in the first 20 or so lines for "From: ". It might
be from a company that does their mailing for
them.
If you can't filter From then you'll have to find
something unique in the subject, body, etc. You
might be able to do something like filter "Wayfair"
in the body.
