GIMP with the G'MIC plugins.

Found it. Thanks. http://gmic.eu/gimp.shtml
Very complicated. Maybe too complicated.
My Gimp is version 2.4.7

Have installed GMIC but have not figured out how to texture yet.

Welcome to the G'MIC-Qt for GIMP Setup Wizard
This will install G'MIC-Qt for GIMP version 2.4.3 on your computer.
C:\Users\jf\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\plug-ins\gmic_gimp_qt\platforms

Sorted by "Installation Date" the plugins are installed to Gimp 2.4.7.
Xtns - Plug-In Browser - shows the many GMIC plugins installed today
Gimp File - Preferences - Folders - Plug-Ins

The installed GMIC plugins appear to be recognized by Gimp 2.4.7.
Now comes the complicated part of how to texture any given JPEG image.

Just open a photo and then choose Filters -- G'MIC --
Artistic
I don't have Clothify, but I have Brushify. I use an older
version.

Make sure you have added the G'MIC folder in Edit - Settings -
Folders - Plugins or it will not appear in the Filters menu.

PEBKAC ---\ "Clothify" is a built-in plugin. You don't need
G'MIC for that.

GIMP (mine is 2.8.22)

Filters -- Artistic -- Clothify.
Though G'MIC does give you some very nice stuff .....

I KNEW I'd seen it somewhere. I just assumed it was G'MIC.
