It's up to Microsoft to figure out a way to
have SFC be able to consult that DVD.

I can't vouch for the ability of the *user* to
be granted access to the install.wim on the DVD.
My one tool for doing that (7ZIP) is broken now,
since Microsoft did something to the WIM format.
(I can access the x32 ISO, but something in the
x64 ISO causes 7ZIP to actually crash.) I would
need to get the beta Win10 ADK kit, and see if
that offers a way.

Microsoft could also pull the file referenced
by SFC, from their server if they wanted.
