when i go into my start-up menu and click on any of my
programs, like trash, search, settings or anything like
that a popup comes up and says that there is a problem
and windows needs to shut down. after doing that my
computer will freeze up and i have to restart my
computer. im needing to know how to fix the 'problem' so
i can use my programs... thanks for your help if any...
