Who removed it - and why?
It is run by a web hosting company, most if not all of them also
handle email (smtp) services as well.Â* That cans be on a separate
server from the http, traffic.Â* The company made a decision to
separate the services, it can work essentially the same externally.
BTS probably does not care, there is absolutely no reason why you
should.
