I had nothing but problems after installing sp2. In the end I had to wipe
my computer clean and reinstall everything. Now I don't know the correct
term to use here but the fellow that helped me said something like "restoring
with sp2".

BTW I am having mega problems after my granddaughter visited so I can relate
to the help others think they are doing for you.
