Well
1. you can setup your drive as a slave to another pc that is working
fine and copy off your data.
2. Send your drive to a data recovery center
3. HAve you tried last known good, or even booting inot safe
mode to see if it will load up.
4. Purcahse a drive install your OS, and then place your 20hd
in as a slave and copy your data to the new drive, if possible
