How do I change the shown Date Modified date to mm/dd/yyyy ?
Somehow it changed to dd/mm/yyyy

Time is in AM PM format is looks OK.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Regional and Language Options (|
Regional Options, but it usually comes up in that tab anyway) |
Customize... them Time or Date tabs. Or, just at Regional Options, you can
choose various nations to get some predefined ones - looks like you've
selected the more logical [sorry (-:] UK one. (FWIW, I have yyyy-M-d for
short, and yyyy-MMMM-d for long. [And H.m.s for time.])

A good pun is its own reword.

Adding dddd gives the day also.
