Using Win-10 Pro and IE 11. This morning I started to browse the Internet
and am now getting the IE 11 ribbon at bottom of screen that says "This
webpage wants to run the following add-on: 'Adobe Flash Player' from
'Microsoft Windows Third Party Application Compon....' What'd I pick up?
Every site I go to this popup raises its head. Even when I click "Allow for
all websites" it keeps popping up.
