888 sites are scams --watch your wallet!

I have decided NEVER to give out financial information (or computer
access) to an unknown caller.

Was this a home phone number? Was the caller ID name "TOLL FREE CALL".
While it's POSSIBLE that would be someone selling business phone
services, it's almost certainly NOT a legitimate call.

I have blocked all the "toll free" codes except 800 itself (822, 833,
844, 855, 866, 877, 888, 899). This seems to block all those calls.

The scam calls it's not so easy to block include some with "Out Of Area"
or "UNASSIGNED" as the caller's name, but mostly it's "CITY ST" such
as "AMARILLO TX". Likely to be a scam NOT city government.

BTW, I did actually get a legitimate call from "CITY ST" ONCE (for a
burn ban notice). That's one out of dozens or hundreds.
