The Toredo item still has the yellow
triangle with black excamation point
and perhaps that is the problem from
the description of it's function. That

I wouldn't expect to find an actual "cause"
in the Device manager, but the error code is
a start.

The procedure here, is focused on HomeGroups, which
depend on IPV6. You might verify your IPV6 is
turned on. You're not likely to have ZoneAlarm,
which is a program where a preference in ZoneAlarm,
is used to write to the DisableComponents value in
the registry. There are a couple services related
to IPV6 listed here.

I couldn't find a Program folder just the
exe. so searched for Mythicsoft and it
found the exe for it and I clicked repair
but encountered an error:

Error code 2755:

You receive error code 2755 when the Windows Installer
is not able to read the source files for installation

which is understandable, if the MSI used to install it, isn't
in the original location.

Find the original file, it might have ended in ...828.exe

The one with 828.exe on the end, is still available for download.
