Your QuickTime and Silverlight are set to
"Ask to Activate", which means the browser
doesn't trust them a whole lot. The QuickTime
is no longer supported, so if it has security
issues, they cannot be fixed. Using the menu
on the right, you could change from "Ask to Activate"
to "Disabled" or similar.

The Silverlight, I think it's still getting patches
but I have no way of checking - except for the
odd VM with Silverlight in it, it typically
isn't installed on a host OS here. That's why I have
trouble seeing the Microsoft help videos on
the support page :-)

I don't see anything outrageous in your setup,
and the semi-dangerous ones are set to
"Ask to Activate". And I'm sure you keep your
Flash up-to-date. If there is an exploit, the
plugin status will be disabled from the Mozilla
end, until you patch it. And instead of seeing
videos on Yahoo news, you might see a warning
message where the video would normally appear.
So Flash is treated a bit more seriously.

Flash is the most dangerous thing in a browser
now, and it's because the bad guys know everyone
is running a copy. I have news sites here that
simply will not stop using it. The sites offer
no alternatives. (The replacement is HTML5.)
