I dont play games on my computer or anywhere else. That is just not
something I care to do. But a friend of mine was saying his kid wants a
X-Box and he said them things cost around $500. I told him to just get
an old computer for $20, install XP and fill it with free games that can
be downloaded. But he said that the X-Box has special games and they are
only allowed to be used on the X-Box.

Why cant those games be installed on a regular computer?

What OS does the X-Box run?

Just curious..... I dont know anything about them. To me, they are just
another high priced gadget to put parents in the poor house and make
kids fat and lazy. Whatever happened to baseballs and bats for gifts?
