In Internet Explorer, select Tools/Internet Options/Security tab/Custom =
Level button. All of the ActiveX handling options are at the beginning =
of that list.

You can also add the web address of that HP website to the Truted Sites =
list. In Internet Options/Security, select the Trusted sites icon/Sites =
button. Add the web address and click the Add button.
