I've been running Win200Pro for nearly eight years without a
problem.....until this past weekend. The PC crashed on startup. Had to

do a
complete reinstall of the OS to get the PC running. I'm thinking it's

time
to move on to Win 7. But I can't get the program I D/L'd from MS to

check
the compatibility of my hardware with Win 7 to run; I get an error

message
saying that Win 7 upgrade advisor setup is not a valid Win 32

application.
I'd like to know if there's anyway I can be sure my hardware is

compatible
with Win 7 before spending $300+ for the program. Any suggestions would

be
greatly appreciated.

Thanks and regards,

PJF

You don't have to spend money to try it out, you can install without a

product key
it and run it for 30 days before activation is required.
