Just finished cloning and swapped the hd's so will try
booting the 780 and if all is well I'll replace the hd and
clone another.

because of a Trojan.

I'm booting the 780 and all looks good, and I've got the
desktop! Success! It says its installing device driver
software (ST2000DM001 - 1ER164). It finished but wants
a restart so I'll let it then shut down. I won't do anything else.
