The only game I use is Solitaire and it can be easily transferred:
copy sol.exe and cards.dll from one machine to the other, putting
both in the same folder, make a shortcut to sol.exe.

Other games could be transferred similarly but I don't now the file
dependencies for them. If you transfer and run the exe, it will
probably complain about what it lacks.

If you want games for Windows 8.1 about the only way to get them is to
go to the Windows Store.
