I get the following error whenever I try to run
WindowsXP-KB835732-x86-ENU.EXE:

"Setup could not verify the integrity of the file
Update.inf. Make sure the Cryptographic service is running
on this computer."

I tried downloading the update again, but I had the same
problem. I checked the help files for information on this
"Cryptographic service," but I'm still not exactly sure
what it is, much less how I can "turn it on-" an issue
which wasn't even hinted at in anything I read. Anybody
else have the same problem? Any help would be very appreciated.
