Did you look for the file in C:\Windows\System32 Folder? If it's
not there and if you have a WinXP CD
Go to StartRun type: msconfig Click on "Expand File" in lower
Right and then follow the Instructions.

I do not know if it is because of a virus that I deleted OR per haps I
accidentally deleted that file

Can I reinstall that file or find what is asking for this file in
registry,
etc.??
I have tried eveything now for one month but no success.....
