OK, i see the problem (AVerTV ,filter mp4), but i can't find the solution...
updateing and re-installing this software doesn't fix the problem. have an
idea?.. Anyone?...

Looks like you DELETED it instead of UNINSTALLING it. There definitely
is a difference.

I'd try a re-install, check to see if the error exists and, if it does,
then UNINSTALL it using the Control Panel. If you don't have an error,
then that is good news.
