OK, i see the problem (AVerTV ,filter mp4), but i can't find the solution...
updateing and re-installing this software doesn't fix the problem. have an
idea?.. Anyone?...

The ntdll.dll error message can happen if the following is true:
1- a corrupt driver or incompatible driver for a software installed.
2- a Virus infection which causing corruption on your system!
I hope you followed my earlier advice to run a through scan for malware and
viruses on your system (utorrent..blah does it ring the bell?)
