Default Unlimited hardware changes if Windows key is uninstalled first?

A product key can't be installed or uninstalled.




A product key CAN be changed... via Settings Update & Security Activation
Change Product Key




Having trouble following the op's post. Changing the PK wasn't the
desired intent.
