[IE 7 on Windows XP]

I do not use AutoComplete. Here's my problem: When I go to Tools - Internet Options -
Content - AutoComplete Settings there is no checkmark next to "Web addresses" and "User
names and passwords of forms". However, there IS a checkmark next to "Forms" and it's
greyed-out so I cannot remove the checkmark.

How do I remove the checkmark next to Forms? Thanks for your help.
