Default Need W10 driver for Wireless Card

It did provide a list of systems that contained the card though and I went
through a few of them until I found:

I selected windows 10 64 bit to get there.

on the Driver-Network section the last one is a Realtek
driver, try that.

Alternatively wotk through the list until you find one.

and search for the product.
