Default Do Windows experts exist who know how to make the Windows libmtpport work?

This thread is an attempt to get the Windows libMTP port to work.

There would be two component parts.

1) libMTP must be available as an IFS (installable file system).
2) The regular MTP response from a driver perspective by the
OS must be stopped. Two things will not be allowed to access
a connected device at the same time.

A "private" payware solution which opens its own
type of browser window and copies files, that's not
installing an IFS and consequently is a "cheat".
Whereas an IFS version would be usable by File Explorer.

Does this port have documentation that at least shows
the basics of the stack ? If the documentation doesn't
use the right terminology, you'd drop it like a hot rock.
It has to make sense, before you'd waste time on it.
