Your post script contains a lot of useful information!

If I understand correctly, your PC was infected by malicious software a
month ago. And since you never mentioned removing it, I presume you
still have it. Even if you *did* attempt to remove it (and telling us
the method you used would help tremendously), it surely has not been
removed completely. That is the very first thing you need to address!

Do you actually have an executable in your hard drive called
recycler.exe ?
