This seemed to work on my Virtual Machine. updates ways I
am up to date. But it is a Virtual Machine and things
are not always the same ...

1. winr gpedit.msc

2. Computer Configuration - Administrative Templates - Control Panel
- Personalization

3. In right-side pane, double-click on "Do not display the lock screen"
option and set its value to "Enabled".
