No, you have to create the entries, rather than just set them.

In fact, I don't have the CloudContent subkey. I
uninstalled Candy Crush quite a long time ago in a prior build. That
build lasted 4 months, Candy Crush was uninstalled pretty quick, like
after updating Windows 10 (1809), and Candy Crush never came back.


I think it tends to affect Home edition, but seems to vary depending on
the OEM, laptops bought from PCworld etc seem worse, and if you remove
it, it just re-installs it.

Any idea how long it takes Microsoft to reinstall the uninstalled fluff
apps?


I've seen it come back in minutes.

I'm not sure the CloudContent subkey is honored
anymore.
