O.T. display blackout
You won't believe this because I
didn't. After I set-up the new modem
I lost my DNS server for a 4th time!
I called Frontier support again (which
btw you have to wait 10-40 minutes after
going through 5 menu options)and said they
could do nothing and put in a repair ticket.
So after 13+ hours I'm finally back online.
They initially said it probably was a sub
panel that went out and would be 48 hours
before they would respond and there was
nothing they could do. It was out of their
hands.
I only hope it doesn't go down again.
Any thoughts?
