How can I make this kid happy by fixing this problem?

Other people are having problems with it.

Do you have the "special" windows 10 edition?

You can try downloading the free version of Revo Uninstaller and after
trying one last install, use Revo to uninstall it. I'd use the scanning
mode of "Advanced" and tell it to delete what it finds. Easy to miss
checking the delete boxe(s) and leaving the extra crap behind.

I'd do the above before trying to install the W10 special edition just so
the old and new versions don't get mixed together.

You can find the program at;

I downloaded this for future uninstalls. Thanks.

This is why I hesitated from downloading the paid version. I knew something
was being left behind. It's frustrating to be unable to remove it. To not
know where it is on this Notebook. I have to wonder if other software does
the same when uninstalled. I didn't want what was left behind messing up a
new version, a new install. Malwarebytes may have to go on this notebook. I
can replace it with something else. The Fishdom-3 game is not incompatible
with W-10 at all.
