Interesting that on my PC indicated .NET frameworks installed are 1.1
and 4.6.1 BUT "Turn Windows Features on or off" only shows 3.5.1 which
is ON.

Does that mean a "bad" install or since 4.6.1 is included with Win 7 it
cannot be shut off and no selection is necessary?

I d/l a new 4.6.1 install and it offered to do a "repair" back to
original which I let it and followed by the required reboot but no
change in my situation AND Quicken would not run with the same error as
previous.
