Just so you know, as the official retail price of Office 2019 Pro in the US
is $440 and the official retail price of Office 2019 Home in the UK is £200,
I suspect that anyone selling Pro for £100 or less isn’t selling the real
thing. Just one of many reasons to stay away from fleaBay and the dodgier
sellers on Amazon.

It's hard to read between the lines but I've seen situations where a company has over bought a product and left over copies and is unloading
them to cut their losses. 50% loss is acceptable. But you have to know the back story and you have to believe what you're being told too.

It's the $20 copies of Windows 10 pro that get me on Ebay. Go for it if you nothing to do with your $20.
