510_turn_off_user_account_control_uac_for_1_execu table.txt

(What key steps am I missing that you do on each new setup?)

Disable UAC.
Disable System Restore.
Disable automatic restart on crash.
Enable display of file extensions.

That's just a few off the top of my head. I don't keep a list.
