I received this small popup windows that is labeled, 'Manage Media Licenses'
and have know idea why I am seeing this.
Has anyone else got this or know what this is and why one one would receive
it?

I'd like to copy and include it in this post as I've seen others do but
don't know low.

In the windows are the following words:
