If you system can handle it, Replay Video Capture can capture what's on
the screen. Only in Win Media and mpeg 2. Win Media can be a little bit
washed out but might be fine. mpeg2 at a bitrate of at least 3000 is a
big file, but could be converted to mp4 AVC or whatever.
